Terms of Service
Welcome to Claudia Hofmeister (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or accessing our digital guides or advisory services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
Claudia Hofmeister provides strategic advisory and procurement consulting services based on professional experience within international supplier and sourcing environments.
All services are consultative in nature.
Claudia Hofmeister does not execute transactions, manage logistics, handle payments, enter contracts on behalf of clients, or physically manage supplier relationships.
2. No Agency Relationship
Engagement with Claudia Hofmeister does not create an agency, partnership, fiduciary, brokerage, or representative relationship.
Claudia Hofmeister does not act as:
Purchasing agent
Freight forwarder
Customs broker
Escrow service
Legal or financial representative
Clients remain solely responsible for all commercial decisions, negotiations, contracts, payments, shipping arrangements, and due diligence.
3. Client Responsibility
All decisions made following advisory sessions are at the Client’s sole discretion and risk.
Clients are responsible for independently verifying suppliers, reviewing contracts, and seeking appropriate legal, financial, or customs advice where required.
4. No Guarantees
While professional insight and strategic guidance are provided, no guarantees are made regarding:
Supplier performance
Product quality
Production timelines
Shipping outcomes
Customs clearance
Commercial or financial results
All outcomes depend on third parties and client execution.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claudia Hofmeister shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from supplier engagement, transactions, logistics, or commercial decisions made by the Client.
Total liability, if any, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the advisory service.
6. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Claudia Hofmeister from any claims, losses, disputes, or liabilities arising from the Client’s supplier relationships, transactions, or business decisions.
7. Payments
All advisory sessions and digital resources are non-refundable.
Due to the digital and bespoke nature of our products and services:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, missed sessions, or inability to attend.
Digital downloads cannot be “returned” or reclaimed once delivered.
Rescheduling requires a minimum of [24/48] hours’ notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
